سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نحن في Fabric House نهتم برضا عملائنا، وعلشان كده بنوفرلك إمكانية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام، وده وفقًا للشروط التالية:

✅ شروط الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع:
يجب أن يكون المنتج في نفس حالته الأصلية عند الاستلام (غير مستخدم – غير مغسول – بدون تلف أو ضرر).

لازم يكون مع المنتج التغليف الأصلي وأي ملحقات أو هدايا تم إرسالها مع الطلب (إن وُجدت).

يفضل يكون معاك إثبات الشراء (رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة الإلكترونية).

🔁 خطوات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع:
تواصل معانا خلال 14 يوم من استلام الطلب على [وسيلة التواصل – واتساب أو رقم الموبايل أو صفحة الفيس].

بلغنا بسبب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع ورقم الطلب.

فريقنا هيبلغك بخطوات الشحن واستلام المنتج.

💸 في حالة الاسترجاع:
يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 3–6 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج وفحصه.

مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

🔄 في حالة الاستبدال:
يمكن استبدال المنتج بمقاس أو لون آخر (حسب المتاح).

يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال.

ملحوظة:
نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع في حالة عدم استيفاء الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

Exchange & Return Policy
At Fabric House, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 14-day exchange or return policy from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

✅ Conditions for Exchange or Return:
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

It should include the original packaging and any accessories or free items received with the order (if applicable).

A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is recommended.

🔁 How to Request an Exchange or Return:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via [contact method – WhatsApp, phone, or social media page].

Provide your order number and reason for exchange/return.

Our team will guide you through the shipping and return process.

💸 For Returns:
The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3–6 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 For Exchanges:
You may exchange the product for a different size or color (subject to availability).

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees related to the exchange.

Note:
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the conditions above are not met.
